ABOUT ME
A proud mama, Women’s Holistic Wellness Educator, and the creator of Rebirth & Rise.
My journey began with a deep transformation—using yoga, holistic tools, and mindset work to completely reshape my life. This journey ignited my passion for helping other women, especially mothers, step into their power and create lives they truly love.
As a certified Women’s Holistic Life Coach and pre- and postnatal yoga specialist, I’ve supported hundreds of women to feel empowered through the transformative journey of motherhood. I’ve hosted sold-out retreats, workshops, and events, guiding women to reconnect with their inner strength, heal deeply, and live boldly.
Through Rebirth & Rise, I combine yogic principles, mindset coaching, and holistic wellness tools to offer mothers profound transformation. Together, we’ll align your mind, body, and soul so you can rise into your most empowered self and create the life you’ve always dreamed of.

Rebirth & Rise is specific to Mothers - so for this program, you do need to have had a child. The content is designed for Mothers and created with the understanding that you have a child/children. There is a special magic about a Mother - and we want you to experience that throughout Rebirth & Rise.

Motherhood doesn’t have an expiry date - we have women in the program who have children that are in their teens and they are wanting to redicsover themselves in this new season. We also have women who have little babies of 6 months and under who are wanting to use this time as an opportunity to really redefine who they are and how they want to show up. There is no time limit or expectation here - you know what you need, wether your child is 6 months or 16, we welcome you wholeheartedly.

Lifetime Access to all Rebirth & Rise course curriculum. This means you can come back and do the work at any time. If you do however want to rejoin or stay on with our live coaching calls, we just ask you to pay a small monthly fee which continues to give you access to the LIVE coaching experience. Other than that - all yours babe!

The LIVE calls are there to support you to work through any blocks & gain support along the journey of your Rebirth. This means if you miss them, thats OK! You come when you need them - no pressure otherwise. If you want some extra inspiration and motivation, we have a library of our passed calls which you can watch/listen too within the course too. These are a great way to get a feel for the other women in the program as well as get inspired within your own journey.
